Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Singapore only. Delivery to specific areas may be subject to availability and logistical constraints. We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin.

Delivery Timing

• Order Processing: Order Processing is instant, we also process orders on non-working days.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Sunday, 0000 – 2359. We accept advance orders or/& on-demand delivery. We do not operate on Monday.
• Delivery Timeframe: Typically, we schedule orders to be delivered within the same working business day after order processing. We offer same-day delivery whereby orders arrive at the destination within 4 working hours or advance delivery from selected from Tuesday to Sunday.

Handling and Packaging

To ensure freshness, our seafood is carefully packed in a Cooler Bag with ice to maintain optimal temperature. 

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery personnel will attempt to deliver your order to the specified address. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery service will send you a message with a picture that it will be a doorstep delivery and that your item has arrived in a safe condition. We do not offer re-delivery service

Order Tracking

You will receive an app notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched, and a photo sent to your app with the respective notification once it has been delivered. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for any orders whose products are in good condition.  If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [65 9354 4999] or [marketingtongguanseafood@gmail.com ] within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to investigate and address the issue to the best of our ability.
