  • Eligibility: You must be staying in a residence in Singapore as we only offer delivery within Singapore.
  • Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.

Orders

  • Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by [Tong Guan Seafood].
  • Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability and pricing errors. In the event an order is cancelled, a notification via WhatsApp and email will be sent to your end.

Payment

  • Methods: We accept payment via PayNow, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Security: All transactions are securely processed using industry-standard encryption.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for any orders whose products are in good condition.  If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [65 9354 4999] or [marketingtongguanseafood@gmail.com ] within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to investigate and address the issue to the best of our ability. 

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
